Genetic Health Guarantee
In the rare case that a puppy is diagnosed with a verified genetic or hereditary condition by a licensed veterinarian within the specified health guarantee period:

• We will offer store credit or a replacement puppy of equal value.
• No cash refunds will be provided.
• Proper veterinary documentation must be submitted for review.
